Reservation Policy for 420 Charters:

1. Booking a charter on the website does NOT GUARANTEE a boat.  No charter is final until we have run your credit card for the full amount of the charter and sent you a charter confirmation by email.  DO NOT BOOK YOUR AIRLINE FLIGHTS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.   
2. YOUR CHARTER IS NON-REFUNDABLE.  Due to the cost of transport and demand for boats, your charter is NOT REFUNDABLE.  If you must cancel, for any reason whatsoever, your charter fee will only be refunded if we are able to fill your charter boat with another customer, and then it will be less a $100 deposit.  Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will you receive a full refund for a 420 charter.
3. Your credit card is your damage deposit.  You are responsible for any and all damage to the boat, regardless of fault.  If you are not at fault, it is your responsibility to pay Sturgis Boat Works, you must seek payment from the party at fault independently.  In the case of major damage, you will be charged the cost of the repair PLUS the depreciation of the boat.  In the event of loss or theft, you will be charged the replacement value of the boat.
